Kent,
Maybe one day you'll grace us with a photo tour of your studio! It sounds great. My magic occupies several areas of my home. Because I perform, build, and collect, it is best described as slightly organized chaos. When I can eventually put the needed work into it, my basement will become the magic dungeon. Climate-wise, it's actually better than most basements and should work well for an interesting display of the collection. ~michael

When I wear my Joseph A Bank wrinkle free wool dress pants women do take notice. Landmark I have a woman who won't hesitate to tell me when it's time for me to retire. I did hang up my unicycle, stilts, and chain saw a few years ago.

Mine is currently an ancient steamer trunk stashed in the garage.
It's larger than it looks on the outside...

I still do flaming torches, machetes, and bowling ball. In fact I can even do all three objects at the same time in your back yard at your next pool party. BTW When I met my second wife she loved the fact that I was a lot more exciting than her first husband was. (he was a pharmacist, and I'm a kids entertainer)

I have some books and whatnot on my dresser. I have put together a magician's lair upstairs, a folding table with a chair and books, magazines, paint, brushes, scissors. I'm currently putting togther a popcorn box that I found in George Anderson's ''Magic Digest'' [and just lately found in my copy of ''The ORIGINAL Tarbell Course'']

When I was maybe 15, I had a friend whose magic lair was the space under the steps going to his basement. He had it set up with a chair and a desk. From that chair, he could turn and reach anything he needed, and it was absolutely packed with magic. It was like an airplane cockpit for a magician. Way cool!

Michael, you just gave a great example of the KISS principle.
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about?
My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums. |
