Is this a stand-up routine or does it require you to be sitting?
Thanks

His routine is performed sitting down on the DVD.
I am going to go back a take another look to make sure if he does otherwise as well. However, this is a very good source for information, one of my favorites. ( I have quite a few).
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

Bob's routine is sitting, but like the professor said, there's a ton of great info on the DVD.

I really need a stand-up routine that is basic, but effective. Any suggestions?

The Mark Wilson Complete Course in Magic has a good version that will more than suit your needs. The Michael Ammar books (and/or videos) on the Cups and Balls will also give you much more than you need or want. Gazzo's routine (actually Vernon's routine) was honed on the street and it totally stand-up and easily found in print and video.
Bob White's routine can be easily modified to a stand-up performance. In fact I cannot think of any of the sit-down C&B routines that cannot be modified to be a stand-up version. The Mark Wilson book is full of good stuff and is probably a best buy in magic.
The artist formally known as Mumblepeas!

Thanks to all. I have seen Gazzo perform C&B, but have purchased the routine. Most of what I have seen, except Tommy Wonder's is a variant of Vernon's. I have the Mark Wilson book somewhere. Need to find it!!
Thanks again.

What a difference one word makes!! I do not have Gazzo's routine. All else is correct, I think!!

Bob White can certainly perform the cups standing.

I have seen Bob do the routine both sitting and standing. On the DVD he covers loading while standing and loading while sitting separately.

You really cannot find a better source of information on video, about this routine. I've seen Bob do this live, for a group of magicians. He blew the room away. KG |

Bob spent a lot of time with Charlie Miller and Dai Vernon. You should engage him in a conversation about Vernon
explaining the false take in the C&B routine. |

Check out the Vernon routine in the original Stars of Magic.

I just scored a copy of this DVD on Penguin's Open Box for $16!! Been looking to get a copy for a while because I know it is several people's favourite but the $50 regular price just seemed a little steep. I'll post my thoughts when I receive it.

Bob's routine on the DVD can be done with any cups since there are no stacking sequences.
