He's fine. His street magic needs help, though. I'm still disappointed with Cos. I just saw his TV special. The bill in orange was obviously pre-arranged with the volunteer. He has a guy pick any fruit in the giant fruit stand and immediately cuts it open. The tennis shoes trick was also too obviously pre-arranged. He has a guy color in a drawing of a tennis shoes with many different colors. Cos predicts it exactly...AND gives him a shoe box containing a pair of shoes with the exact same color scheme. "The Magicians" on BBC was guilty of this also. What happened to old fashioned street magic- with total spontaneity??
Poor Cosentino....next stop for him- "Dancing with the Stars" Australian edition!!! (I'm serious. it was just announced.) |

As an Australian I'm thrilled to see a magician making it this big, but at the same time its a shame to see him using tricks I learned at 18... As for the blades cutting his chin, the cut was UNDER his chin, but the blades would have hit the top of the head first? how did any of the knives actually cut his chin with crushing his head first?

It's called a publicity stunt.
