Besides The Encyclopedia Of Sponge Balls which is out of print and goes for about $200 when it's on eBay, what other good books are out there? I'm not a big fan of DVDs so please only mention books.

I learned a great sponge ball routine by Kozak, written in 1973. You can't go wrong with it. It gets great reactions. I combine it with a color changing sponge ball at as a finale.

Read John Carney's routine in Carneycopia
Buy the Patrick Page DVD (a great bargain)
There's a Sanada Gimmick DVD that has some wonderful/unique ideas

Do NOT get the Jay NoseBleeda sponge ball DVD, which is worthless and a waste of money.

Kenton Knepper (yes, THAT Kenton) has a very practical, easy and entertaining sponge ball routine...
