It was a long time ago, so I don't know for sure. I would guess it was around 25 shows per month. I was doing 25-30 birthday parties a month, and the majority came from the mailings.

You can still use birth announcements. Go back 3-5 years at your library's newspaper archive. It's time consuming, however. I tried and gave up after a day. It seemed to have too little return for the hours I was putting in.
