Hi Man!
Yea coin Dropers are Cool! Thay hold Coins Under your Coat Or in your Coat pocket! You can Get them To hold 4 coins or A hole Stack! I am working on geting Someone To Make me some That will hold A stack of 25 coins under your coat. For A final load! I have had a hard time finding some more coin clips that will hold 4 coins! If anyone knows where I can get some good ones let me know! Thanks! Best David Neighbors The Coinjurer |

I actually had the same problem and came up with a dropper that releases a stack of coins...anything from 1 to about 15 silently, of course I could make it for more coins. I used it for a barehanded assembly/final production of 16 coins for a SAM close up contest. I'm thinking about marketing them, I just have to get the approval of some people to make sure the idea is mine. I researched alot of droppers and haven't seen anything like it yet. I'll keep everyone posted.

Back in '98, in Gatlinburg's Winter Carnival of Magic, a guy showed me a nifty little device. All it was, was the metal clip that had been pried off of one of those jeans hangers you see at Wal-Mart. It was the perfect size to securley hold five half dollars in a stack, or four Eisenhower's. He was using it to load coins into so he could sleeve or topit a whole stack silently.
I took the idea and soldered a saftey pin to it so it fits under my coat (or under the apron I wear at the restaraunt where I work). When the hand pushes up a little on the coat hem, the stack aligns *perfectly* with the palm. The only drawback is a slight metallic click as they are pulled free from the clip. In my Miser's dream routine, the coins are stolen as I'm doing a coin shower from my left hand, the sound of the falling coins perfectly covers the click. In other situations, the sound can be covered easily (by tossing coins in the hand or on the table at the exact moment the steal is made, etc). Plus, the clip is free!* *Not an endorsement for stealing. |

That's a good idea. I'm going to start looking for something like that for four halves.
