Has anyone purchased "The Illusion Paradigm" yet? I wanted to see if there are any reviews yet or more insight to the generic description on the Osborne page.

To my mind it is an excellent book. Several builders (actually 12) give their experiences on different topics (plastics, aluminum, trims etc.). Two things that stood out is Rich Hill spends 8 pages, with plans, and 14 coloured photos, on how to build his deceptive base. (The one he uses for his Crystal Casket etc.) Tim Clothier describes a new illusion with full plans in 10 pages, so LOT'S of detail. What I liked it is sort of brings illusion building up to date.
While it's not a huge book, to me it's a valuable addition to an illusion library. Blair Marshall "ShaZzam!"

I just ordered it. I can't wait to read it and see what the bonus book that comes with the order. Are the plans by other builders/designers drawn up by Paul Osborne or by those designers?

Not sure what the "bonus book" is (I believe they will differ), but I.P. is NOT a book of plans, in that way it differs from many (most?) of Paul's other books. I'e mentioned the two "plans" that are in it, but there are many other ideas.

My copy came in the mail, but my wife won't let me open it until Christmas. She won't tell me what bonus book I got either, just it's not one that I already own. So, no review until after Christmas from me.

I am pretty impressed with The Illusion Paradigm. The instructions for building a base by Rich Hill are worth the price of the book. Such a big step up from the base design from the original Illusion Systems book that had a base design in it. Paul is a pretty awesome guy, he autographed my copy and my bonus book was the 1 Man Illusions book. I like that it is geared towards modern building materials and construction.
