A Christmas movie, a bit sappy, but I love it. With Mary Steenburgen, but the real star is Harry Dean Stanton who plays a cowboy Christmas angel. How does Santa get all the toys out in one night? "With a magic sleigh of course?" You do believe in magic, don't you?

One of my favorite Christmas movies has always been "The Bishop's Wife" with Loretta Young, David Niven and Cary Grant.

I love this movie as well!
In my opinion, Jan Rubes as Santa is one of the best santas put on film. I will have to dig out my copy of it! I like to watch it every year! Thanks for the reminder about this one! |
