3 well-known card treatments are
- roughing fluid - Science Friction - Plasti Dip I/m curious which, given their standard treatments, adds the most thickness to a deck of cards. Obviously, SF and PF only need to be applied to half of the cards, though it is possible these options are significantly thicker.

Plasti Dip is much more thicker than SF and RF. (way to thick and NOT the same ).
SF and RF are approx. of the same thickness. Attention: RF has another function and use than SF! |

With my experience of spraying a lot of decks: so far when we produced effects with Double Deckers that need roughing treatment (meaning to treat 104 cards), the standard roughing was slightly thinner than the Science Friction roughing. So with the card cases back then I could not get the fully treated deck inside (when roughed with SF). Now it seems that our new boxes are slightly bigger so that we can also get a SF treated Double Decker inside.
Regarding the treatment of a regular deck (52 cards), I could imagine that both decks would nearly have the same thickness, as the difference with twice the amount of cards was nearly not noticeable, only one or two treated cards difference maybe. Oh god, I hope I made this understandable.
