Is there a forum for selling/buying unwanted or unused magic effects?

Yes! Once you have 50 legitimate posts, more topics will automatically appear when you sign on to the Café. The buy/sell forums will be among them.
Posts must be contributing posts (posts that just say, "I agree," or whatever, don't count). Also, there are some areas on the Café where posts do not count toward your post total, such as "Not Very Magical, Still".
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".
