I see this prop as a sub box (without the box). The way I would perform is have the girl back up into the prop and be laced in--Magician lifts bar with cloth and covers girl--Magician pick up another cloth in front of him (over lapping prop a little) as this cloth comes down a switch has taken place and now is the girl,she rips down cloth off prop showing the magician is now laced into the prop.

Illusionman2, it's virtually finished, just need a coat of paint and a bit of finishing off. When I get a chance will take a picture and post it on here.

If you don't like the red cloth that the girl backs up to before being be laced in, it can be replaced with anything flexible-- chain, rope, burlape or that plastic orange safety fence.
