They are in great shape. Flip over box Hip pity hop rabbits large are 2 I am considering using. Especially the first one. Since I do not use animals been thinking of using puppets. A. Baby puppet routine ending with crying baby to large mouth(Axtell big mouth) If I do end up using the rabbits I am wondering how you worker transport them. They are believe it or not still in great shape and I want to keep it that way. Thanks Harris Still too old to know it all

Hi Harris -
For transporting my HH Rabbits, I have a sock that I put over the rabbit itself, within the covers. Keeps everything together and protected. Then I carry the rabbits and covers in the original box, which has a piece of foam that seperates the covers, so they don't knock against each other and chip away the paint. Simply take the socks off of the rabbits, when setting up the trick. - Donald

Thanks Donald I appreciate a workers experience. Don't have the original box so will have to get creative with that part.
In addition thee is a set if old slates. I know some will think in this day of smart white board this won't play. As a school counselor and someone who has been there when tech stuff doesn't work. I think I can create real world patter based on old meet New. I was puzzled that there is 3 slates and 1 you know what. Do I have one and half sets or something else?

If you don't have the original box, another way you could transport them is in drawstring bag. Or use a bag for each one, and put both of those bags into a third bag.

3/4" Foam cut to size (keeps the covers from banging against the rabbits), wrap each with an old towel secured with a rubberband. It's fast and my set never got a single nick or scratch during the 20 years of use.

Thanks for the sock idea Donald. I've been wrapping them up in a cloth. The sock will be easier and better. For a box I use a small plastic tote. I use different size totes for most of my props. They are water proof, pretty sturdy and you can stack them on a two wheel cart and carry them in all at once.

Just go to a UPS Store and purchase a BOX that is the right size for the HHR. They have White and Brown Plain Boxes that vary in many different sizes. Purchase some Bubble Wrap along with the Socks that Donald has suggested and there you have it, a safe way to transport those delicate props. That is how I store my HHR and they look like they are Brand New. But they are over 25 years old. I keep all of my props in pristine condition. Mt HHR have seen at least 2000 or more shows.

Socks work great. I have been carrying my track and field starters pistol that for for years. But some time there is not enough padding. For my Fraidy Cat Rabbit, I took a piece of the white foam about 1/8 or 1/16 thick that is used for packing and sandwiched it between two pieces of fabric. Then I sewed it up to make on piece of fabric and made a bag. Nicely padded and protects great. I have also used the smaller bubble bubble wrap inside also. Takes a little bit of work but well worth it in the end. You can also put little labels on the bags to tell which prop goes in which bag when you repack.

Thanks. I learn the hard way sometimes. My first pair of windshield wiper glasses go damaged. The are the ones that were hard to come by. These days there are "toy" version at much less cost and greater availability.
