I am trying so hard to get origami tricks and I can't find any and there are not many small objects tricks that origami can be aplied to. I would like to hear nayones input on this topic.

Have a look at Michael Close. He has the origami bunny (prop), belt & buckle (trick), and card frog (trick). I'm pretty sure that he's included an origami effect in each of his Worker's books.
Bye for now Harold

...and, for starting, Self-working paper magic, Karl Fulves, ed. Dover (which means cheap!).
I know Mike Close "Workers", I do not know any origami job by Neale. Can you suggest anything particular? Thanks Cheers Stefano Stefano Mambretti |

You can search http://www.magicsmith.com for
The Magic Mirror Book by Robert Neale with David Parr. This is one of the effects in the book : Counting Scarecrows-An origami crow mysteriously outwits a group of ‘hunters’ who are guided in their movements by a spectator. Also check Frog Tales by Robert Neale.

Many tricks use origami principles and you can use origami figures as props. Actual tricks using origami are scarce. Robert Neale's Frog Tales, Money Fooling Folding, and the Close Workers series are the only ones I know of. I am working on an origami production box, but still not perfected yet.
My DVD can teach you how to fold 26 models from dollars and requires only modest skill. The book, Origami to Astonish and Amuse (in major book stores) is awesome--but the other news is that some of the models have advanced folding (read difficult) concepts. Mike Close gave it thumbs up.
