Hello gentleman,
I've finished work on my home made Ammar C&B table but, need some help with the servante. Although I know there are some great products available on the market, I'm looking to make one. I've attached some images of my table to give you an idea of what I'm working with. I am trying to keep it simple so as not to add too much extras to my table. I was thinking of a shallow rectangle bag (I got the idea from one of Mr. Palmer's posts- thank you!). I'm open to any suggestions and comments regarding my table too as I'm always looking to improve. I appreciate your time! Peter *Height of table: 31.1 inches / wide : 21.65 inches

Your table looks great.
Frankly, I would not use a servante. When you see classic versions, like Dai Vernon's or Johnny Paul's or even Gazzo, none need anything but the top surface of the table. Keep it simple and angle proof.

My "Do-It-Yourself" busking table described in The Wizards' Journal #26, is 38 inches high, which brings it just above the waist so your side pockets are concealed by the table and can be used for servantes and holding loads. But also consider hanging the bag under the table so you can secretly drop objects into it, etc.

It cost just under $25 to build, so yes it has more than paid itself off.
