Anyone review "tie knot" by lee any-hsuan? Looks like an interesting different rope routine.

To each his own, but what is see an attempt to do standard rope moves with a flat wide piece of cloth. The knots look bad and it only makes the handling more difficult, and strange looking. I recognize all the moves by another rope trick on the market, when this 1st came out.

I agree with Bill.
Plus, it doesn't even look like a tie. This looks like an "improvement" that really isn't. |

My reactions exactly. There was a big flurry of people wanting to buy this, but I just thought, "Time to buy some more rope."

Look at me!) The three "old geezers" ahead of me, know what they are talking about! Anything that involves knots, is already esoteric to the average audience. At least with a length of clean rope, "they" can see the loops and bights in the rope. With a flat piece of rope, it's almost impossible! The old basic rule still obtains: Keep It Simple--Make it Fun. It was AL BAKER who said (back in the '40s) "Many a good trick has died of improvements."
