Hello,
Does anyone have some ideas on making a simple small sombrero to put on balloon animals or figures? I just got hired at a Mexican restaurant to do magic and balloons. I would like to add a Mexican touch to my current creations. I have experimented some but am looking for a simple, easy to attach sombrero. (not life-size) Thanks.

That's a tough one.
I'd use 160's Pinch twist a 1 finger bubble at the knot, then a 2 finger bubble, another 1 finger pinch twisted, then a 2 finger followed by a third 1 finger pinch twisted. So you have a little peak looking thing - pinch twist, 2 finger, pinch twist, 2 finger, pinch twist.... rest of the balloon. Then make a half loop for half the brim, twist it into the first pinch twist (the one at the knot), then make the second half of the brim loop around and twist it into the third pinch twist. You could go around again to make the brim bigger. Hope that made some sense. Or if you can get them cheap enough in bulk you could try something like this - https://www.google.com/search?q=mini+som......ros+hats Either way I suspect you'll find it more trouble than it's worth. Good luck
