Many years ago I purchased the following deck from Hank Lee. It was made from a Fox Lake R**** and Sm**** deck. The force cards were tied to strings.

The participant chose a card by selecting a string and pulling it. Their "chosen" card would be pulled from the card box. Can anyone tell me the name of this gaffed deck, and where I might find another? I know I could make one, but it would be easier to just buy one.

Thanks for any info.

Sounds like a variation of the Pop Eyed Popper (which has no strings)

It is. It is made from a Fox Lake deck with bridge size cards. The deck is supposed to simulate the carnival game where you pull a string and win theprize tied to the end of the selected string.
