Thanks for that Mike, I think there's still a fair few old pennies/2p's around, I'll give this a go and let you know if it works

While I bought the video version of this trick by a different name because I'm a visual learner, I whole heartedly endorse this trick and recommend it. This is the coolest secret I've heard of in a long time!!!

I saw Richard Osterlind doing a wonderfull penny bend as described here, in front of me, I wonder if the method is the same but anyway this looks really interesting. As a metal bending lover, I'll definitively look at this

The lybrary page states that this is not the Osterlind bend. The method is sound, but it is something I already knew about through creative googling. If you don't mind digging online then pass on this one, but if you want to pay for the immediate information then the secret is sound but the handling will require a good deal of practice.

I tried to make these up years ago but found it unreliable for me to bend in real time…me strength wise. Fascinating secret though and I had a blast experimenting

Many years ago I came up with a routine that had an actual story to use with a coin bend. The dirty work (which is the normal dirty work involving a s***ch) is covered by the story. I developed it for use while wearing a jacket, but then a t shirt version evolved for the ditch (requires an outside t pocket). Everything is covered in the patter and the routine, and people remember the story as much as the bend.
