I recently came up with an effect, where the spectator picks and signs a card. Then the card is shuffled into the deck, and they hold the deck for the rest of the trick. Then a coin is barrowed. The magician asks the spectators favorite farm animal, and because the spectator is holding the cards, the magician draws that on the coin. The coin then vanishes, and the spectator spreads through the cards to find their card, and the signed coin is inside the layers of the card. I was wondering if this is original or not. Also, if it is not I was wondering is anyone know the best way to market it if it is worth marketing. I don't want to manage a business or anything, but I know ellusionist has a submit tricks section. Would that be the way to go, or another website? any advice will be appreciated.
thanks, Zach

I'm aware of two marked/signed coin to card effects.
http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......m=109&38 And http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......orum=109 I've used the 2nd one (Firetrap) as both coin to matchbook and to card since it came out. You may want to look at both of these to ensure your's is different. Tony |
