Does anyone have a patter to cover the reason why you have to fold the bill? It's the main reason I don't use the bill switch as much as I should when performing.

Check out the Ron Bauer Private Studies Series, #12 Paul Chosse's "Bar Bill Stunt." It is actually three different presentations based on the same premise. It definitely provides motivation and addresses the issues you brought up.
