In Illinois, a trucker pulls over a state trooper
for speeding and using his cell phone by blaring his horn from behind. He then leaves to run the truckers information. In an extreme case of backpedaling, returns with a favor by way of a new vehicle inspection for the year, hoping perhaps that the trucker won't publish the video or forward his grievance. Can you imagine the trooper responding to the judge on the 'unlawful use of a horn' complaint? Do you believe that the tone of the officer's reaction changed after he took a moment to ponder the implications of being recorded? I suspect that this trooper may have also been advised by his superior to 'play nice'. Watch the 'Jedi Mind Trick' this trucker uses on the trooper. The mask on the passenger seat does not go unnoticed. |
