Imagine being able to borrow a deck of cards and spread them past what would look normal. Then let go of one side of the spread and the cards float, just inches away from their face. This is Sploat.
-borrowed deck -examine them before and after -NO threads, wires, magnets P.S. (the trick is not completely impromptu, you will need to purchase a minor prop or you might already have it) http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/4440 Thanks for reading Adam . |

It would be nice if you posted your own thoughts
instead of copying and pasting many ads from The Penguin Site word for word. I think folks here are resourceful enough to find what they like and read into it further. Was this an attempt to get your post count up to access secret areas? |

Gotta say you're being pretty offhand with the guy Devious.
It's almost creepy how you're all over every post he puts up. Now calling him a liar... |

Release the deck with the left hand and I'll be impressed. As it is, I feel it is too transparent. Interesting idea though.

I hope this is different to the old, classic principle that has been out for ages.

We all can go to any magic dealer site and view the new releases. Not all of them need to be posted here unless you think it really stands out.

This is a cool little effect but a tad angle sensitive. I'm sure you all have an idea of the method and you would be right. At the right time, it is a nice addition to a card set.

The angles are the biggest problem for me. you do this trick and the first thing people want to see is the bottom of the cards. that kills this trick.

Steve Beam Semi-automatic card tricks vol 11 has a very nice version of this that gets rid of the angle problem in a very clever way.
