Which version have the holes in to stick your hands through? That is the one that I am looking for and I know some don't have holes. I am not looking to spend $300 on the SMM one as of now as the cheaper ones seem to have the same impact.

Well, now that I actually read all of your post (sorry), I see you did mention SSM....
SSM is the only one with holes that I am familiar with. I have debated in the past about getting this one. I have been using a Doughnut version of this trick for over 15 years now. I do like that hole version.

Yeah the holeless ones do work but the ones with holes seem much stronger, but I am not sure they justify paying three times the price. The other ones seem to work great for laymen in all the videos I seen which are only a few listed. Just so much other stuff I could get for that price which is the same result overall except for the holes. Or maybe I will try the holeless ones and see and save up for the SMM version later on as it does look great and high quality.
