A few things from this article make me say, "Hey, wait a minute."
-The lack of provenance on the shawl -The fact that sperm evidence had survived, despite an expert's assertion it would be unlikely -The fact that the descendant of the alleged killer is not identified -The fact that the sperm matches the researcher's favorite suspect and wasn't compared to the DNA of relatives of any of the other suspects. "Beyond a reasonable doubt?" Bah. No Florida jury would convict this guy!  |

Gonna be something to watch this unfold.
Agreed, MG. There are some hinky angles here. The 'protected identity' of their proof seems difficult to shrug off.

This too me still proves nothing, for many of the reasons already stated above. Just a reason to have a story to run, by the wonderful Mail.
If it was really a breakthrough I think if there was any truth or credibility however slight, everyone would be reporting it.

I agree, if it was an actually breakthrough and there were not so many unanswered questions it would have gotten a lot more press. The Daily Mail is that like the National Enquirer
