I just purchased the new Paralabs Peek Wallet from Paralabs. (Ordered on Friday and received it on Tuesday via FedEx!) It is absolutely beautiful, but when I tested it out, there was a problem with the pen. I PMd Thomas on the Magic Café and before I had even read his response, Rainer had shipped a replacement pen via FedEx. All of this took place in less than an hour of my initial PM to Thomas! I have never experienced such phenomenal customer service. Craig Filicetti comes close, but he still ships from North America!
I just needed to express my deep appreciation for the guys at Paralabs and Craig at ProMystic. These guys not only make outstanding products, their customer service is simply amazing. They have earned my support for life! Lou |

This means a lot to us. That said, appreciations like this may induce expectations that we can not always keep - even if we try. So if there is any question or issue, please allow us at least a day to reply or solve an issue. Obviously we always try to reply as soon as possible, but as there is still a life out there apart from our work and mentalism, there may be circumstances that let us only reply a day later. So please have this in mind. Apart from this on this occasion I like to mention that upcoming orders in the next days can only be shipped in about a week - on Monday 13, because we take a few days off. Please bear this in mind when ordering in the next few days. Thank you so much Th. |

Had a similar experience of great customer service with the order of their "sense and meaning" lecture notes.
Rainer apologized in advance for the delayed delivery (one or two days only !) and generously included another different set of lecture notes. Hats off! |

I ordered the Paralab's Picture Postcard set on Thursday and it was with me in the UK on Friday. The service, the quality and helpfulness of Paralabs is top notch. Thanks guys.
