While I don't know of any published routines (but I am sure they exist - everything exists). And I don't use the combo feature in my current C&B routine, what I did at one time was to do a fairly standard C&B routine, get the two ungimmicked cups loaded with final loads, then slide them off to the side commenting on how three cups may be hard to follow so I will use just this one.

At that point I did the standard Don Alan routine, ending with the final load, the second surprise load, and finally the loads under the remaining two cups I had supposedly finished with. Got a good reation but somehow it appeared to be two different tricks. It still qualified as a routine but I couldn't get it our of my head that I was doing two separate tricks in a row. Maybe one day I'll retun to it as it was received quite well.

In my opinion John Mendoza's routine is the best. Marlo had a interesting routine using 3 gaffed cups.
John's routine is in print, but hard to find.

There are literally dozens of routines available that use the combo cup sets.

The already mentioned John Mendoza’s routine is classic and well worth the search for it. You might have to try the used magic book dealers.

Garry Ouellete’s “Golden Cups” is a two-cup routine that utilizes the combo cup features. It can be found in manuscript form from the Camirand Academy. http://www.camirandmagic.com/

The routine is performed and explained on one of the Garry Ouellete DVD series from L&L Publishing http://www.llpub.com/.

The Café’s own Scott Guinn has a very good two-cup routine “The Table Hopping Cups and Balls” using the combo cups. Get in contact with Scott for it http://www.greatscott-itsmagic.com/

Dominique Duvivier published his Combo Cup (a three cup, combo cup routine with a fourth cup kicker if you want) in his book “Magie Duvivier”. It is a strong routine. I think that Denny has it in stock http://www.dennymagic.com/

I could go on and on but you get the point and these are more than enough references to get you started.

The Mendoza routine was the first combo cups and balls routine. It basically put the combo cups and balls on the map!

I have been doing the "Mendoza Cups & Balls + Sequel" routine for the last year and a half. Its advantages are that it gets rid of the sleight of hand vanishes. It also eliminates(and loads) the cups one at a time throughout the routine. The Sequel part of the routine has some great vertical sequences that play very well for magicians. This routine is a sitting routine or can be done standing with a servante.

I also do a more traditional routine which is rooted in Mark Wilsons Magic book. It requires sleight of hand vanishes. I probably perform it 5 times for every one time I perform the Mendoza routine because It can be done standing (almost impromptu) and out of my pockets. The sleight of hand vanishes give the routine more variety and bring the spectators eyes up, closer to my face, and I get better reactions out of it (Even though it is a more simple routine).

When you get the Mendozza routine, be sure to get the "The Mendoza Cups & Balls + Sequel" as it has additional stacking sequences that really are quite fun.
Magic is fun!!!
