There are several marketed versions. I think there's one on the DVD set "Fu$%^#@ coins" by Philippe Bougard and Clément Kerstenne.

Actually there are two versions on the NYCMS DVD series, by myself and Gallo, that predate that. Another version of mine appears on the European Coin Symposium dvd .
