It's a great interview. I'm always happy when I see that Paul Draper is the interviewer, too, because he asks great questions and stays out of the way while the guest gives his answers. There are other interviewers (and I won't mention them) who turn the whole thing back onto themselves, and the guest is left sitting quietly while the supposed interviewer goes on and on about himself.
