Hi there! Just wondered if anyone out there might care to list their latest up to date Top Ten Most Wanted Tenyo, which would probably be the top ten most valuable Tenyo as well. I have another lecture to do soon, so thought it would be nice to tell my guests what they have to hunt for in their magic drawers!! It would also be interesting to see if I actually own any of them in my humble collection of about 45 tricks. Thanks!!

John, Are looking specifically for the original English boxes? Because Funny Dog, Coin & Glass and Super Sponge Ball are still easily available in Japan.
Richard, I think I already mentioned my super high spending limits on these things but I'll shoot you an email anyway. |

Coin Coaster does not appear to have actually reached the market. No examples of the prop have been located anywhere in the world. So you can scratch that off the list!

Ed, I have really looked everywhere, particularly in Japan and the US. One of the reasons it's unlikely to have made it to market is the fact that not a single box for the item has surfaced. Every trick has a printed package by then (except Breakaway Fan, which came in a cellophane bag for some reason), and not a single package for Coin Coaster has been found. It's also not pictured in any catalogue.
But, the good news is that Sugawara remembers designing it, and we do have the item fully described in the book. |

Stereo does seem to have a picture of it in a catalog or some sort of promotioanl material. Kind of strange that it made it that far but was never released. Wonder what happened to it...

Xl18, I gave Stereo the scan of it from the 1971 or 72 catalogue.
Oddly, no one remembers what happened to it. Fortunately Sugawara recalled designing it. Similarly, no one at Tenyo could recall why "Million Flowers" has two different T-numbers. |

Interesting. You'd think someone would remember something about it.
I always thought it was odd that, at least in the Million Flowers I've seen, that they had T-18 on the box and T-88 in the instructions and they never corrected it.Something must have happened in the T-80s because I came across an original Silk to Egg with the same issue. The box says T-68 but the instrucions say T-87. They seem to have corrected the Silk to Eggs in later versions though. |

Thanks for your great input. Some crackers in amongst that list.I would perhaps add in The Ninja Experiment T-132. When I perform this, my audience always want to know where they can buy one. I shall list all 30 of these great effects in my lecture and hopefully someone in the audience may have a couple of them hidden away in their attics.
