Wow...tomorrow nights (Friday March 13) sold out concert by The Manhattans is still going on as scheduled at Andiamo's Showroom in the Detroit area, despite the fact that two members of the singing group died in December, and a third died approx. 3 weeks ago! Lead singer Gerald Alston is the only surviving member.

I still remember how big the song Shining Star was in 1980.
