Shia: Iran, Lebanon, Assad, present leadership of Iraq and majority of Iraqis, Hezbollah Sunni: Saddam Hussein, ISIS, Taliban, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan, Muslim Brotherhood, Syrian rebels, Al-Qaeda, Hamas Warning--take all this with more than a grain of salt. This is a very rough and ready binary division, and the situation is much more complicated. Sometimes I put a country or person in the Shia camp only because they were anti-Sunni, and vice versa. Most countries have both sects, and in some they co-exist peacefully, and others there is much tension and persecution. This is why the US is never going to get it right, and can only cause more harm and blowback with its interference.
