Any song by my favourite bands:
The Cure Jane's Addiction Gus Weezer Phish Prince If I had to choose a specific song it would be difficult, but off the top of the my head it would be: The Cure - From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea Jane's Addiction - Ocean Size Gus - A Laugh That I Can Learn to Love Weezer - Buddy Holly Phish - Rift Prince - Adore Then there is always my music that I am beginning to listen to as a listener now. Which probably sounds odd, but for a long time I never listened to any of the cd's I have put out.

Michael Hedges' "Aerial Boundries" is my favorite song, probably. Most of his stuff is great. Pierre Bensusan and Leo Kottke are great, too.
Besides that (and old-time folk stuff) I like: Velvet Underground John Cale David Bowie Roxy Music Lou Reed Elvis Costello But pretty much none of their "newer" stuff (where applicable). I was lucky enough to see Velvet Underground live in Rotterdam about 10 years ago; great show! |

Glodmagic,
They got back together for a short European tour about 10 years ago. Their show in Paris was put out on cd. Sterling Morrison died a few years ago, but Lou Reed, John Cale and Mo Tucker are still around. Nico's been dead for years, though. |

Funny, I was just about to add that song to my list of songs that are bad but were popular. That is one of my least favorite songs. I hate country music. I only really like rock music and a few other songs.
I also like the Ramons - Bonzo goes to Bitzburg (my head is hanging upside-down). |
