Yea otherwise it is really "Nazi is" right?

Would it also be "possessive," as in "The Nazi's Luger jammed"?

I don't know grammer OR puncuation well enough to critize other people.

I DO know that a misused word is not the same as a misspelled word.

For the lawyers and law enforcement posters here, I'm wondering if there are straightforward answers to these questions:

So a homeowner is in his or her enclosed backyard, enjoying some illegal concoction. Police drone overhead sees it.

1) Can the homeowner be arrested?

2) Can the police get a warrant to search based on this info?

3) Can the police enter without a warrant?

Not being a lawyer, but having been involved with the court system in several property issues of varying degrees I can say the answer to your question would be NO. The reason being because of your qualifying your question with the words "straightforward answers". There is usually extenuating circumstances such as inevitable discovery, probable cause just to name two of the most common. Of course because I (acesover) said this, I am sure Bob will disagree and after all he is a lawyer.
If I were to agree with you. Then we would both be wrong. As of Apr 5, 2015 10:26 pm I have 880 posts. Used to have over 1,000

Sorry I retired long before the prevalence of drone tech. Thank God.

That's one possibility.
