I really love coin routines and effects, so I eagerly pressed play to watch this trailer.
Oh, no, I thought. Not another quick edit, all about nothing, pretentious trailer. After about 30 seconds into it, I knew nothing about this trick. And the rest of the trailer shows nothing more than small snippets of the effect along with reactions. Note to the Manufacturers of this effect: The trailer persuaded me NOT to buy this product. Excellent job, if that's your intent with this ad. |

Don't like what little I saw here. Ashfin's international 3 fly was a joy to watch but as with all coins that come with tricks like this they're all performed with dollar size gimmicks on the demo yet only sold in half dollar size!
The option would be nice. |

I have PM'd Cole with no response and I have an inquiry to Penguin...WHAT IS THE COIN THAT COMES WITH THE PRODUCT? Seems important to know...very, very deceptive if the coin in the teaser and the provided coin are different...especially when a preorder is offered....WHAT IS IT THAT IS BEING PREORDERED? I am sure of what the gimmicked coin is, and I would be willing to pay the asking price for a coin like is being used in the trailer.
Geez. |

OK. For the curious..apparently it is a dollar-sized coin, per Penquin support.

Michael has been doing this routine for a long time in his busketing routine, it does work on lay people and also kids ( I have seen it myself ), it is a worker for sure, and the price is cheaper than buying the actually gimmick from other places too, trailer did not tell too much and I agree, but I know this guy personally, so I am pretty sure this will not disappoint anyone, but stil have to wait for the actual review

Robert: Thanks for the heads up..Yes, I have had a bit of misinformation at times. But...I got confirmation from Cole from Hocus Pocus. The gimmicks are replica Morgan.
I took the plunge. I will pass a review along unless someone beats me to it. If this is what I think it is, the gimmick alone in Morgans is worth it because I use Morgans in most of my coin work. |

I just opened up a Flight, and I have to say the coins included are very nice. I have attached a pic below showing what is included in the package: 3 Morgan replicas and the other things needed for the full routine. There is a link and password for the video instructions.

Quick question. What is the difference between buying this compared to Johnny Wong's Super Triple Facer, apart from being Morgan replicas?

Sean, I do not have the coins yet, but I believe you have described the nature of the gimmick. It is difficult and expensive to get Morgan replicas, so I am hoping the quality of the gimmicks is fair to good. I will post when I get the coins (tomorrow).

It's a shame the coins are reproduction. As the law requires they must be clearly stamped with the word COPY. Magic Makers sold a similar thing using reproduction coins called Illusion Coins for under $100 from memory.

OK. I got the set, played with the coins and watched the teaching video (via internet). The gimmick is not new (no surprise). It is not what I thought (unfortunately). It is a d***bl sh**ed coin and 2 extras (regular coins). The coins are Morgan-like, but a bit smaller. Problem is the outer sh** does not fit on the extras, which is not necessary for the routines provided, but would have allowed for many more routines.
The gimmick is passable, but I am biased by having grown accustom to Lassen and Schoolcraft quality (these are not, hence the price). The routines are good. A well-structured matrix-type routine with 3 jumbo cards, coins to pocket combination. The stand-up routines are nice, practical, magical. The ring routine is clear...may take some work for the ring to coin and vice versa sequence. Overall, I think the routines could have been on a $30-50 DVD..."Routines with the triple thread or 3cm or double sh***), or something like that. The gimmicks are worth about $60-100, depending on how they hold up. If someone doesn't have this type of gimmick, it is a good introduction and something to play with, but there are much better quality and versatile ones available..my biggest gripe is the outer sh*** does not fit on other coins. I am happy to answer other questions via pm. I don't track these forums too closely, so I may not answer a question if it is asked publicly here, John |

I like the ideas put forth in the routine, however the "Schoolcraft 3CMX would be a better choice for the routine.
It made me revisit my 3cm coin and the Flight routine opened up more possibilities with the gimmick. |
