Over the last week or so I've been playing around with Nefesch's Mentalgram.

It's a worker.

Can't really think of what to say apart from: I really like it

I love revealing pictures. I've never really liked borrowing a participants phone to reveal their personal pictures and sometimes people don't always want you browsing through their personal pictures and quite a few are fairly crappy photos anyway.

I'd just started playing around with Instagram again, when I saw Nefesch's email about Mentalgram. And this is absolutely perfect, you can perform this on pretty much any phone, with any instagram account in a moments notice and with zero "iffy" work. I believe it pretty much looks like it would if you were actually doing what you say you were doing. Every reveal is uniquely different and more often than not it allows for a multisensory reveal ... if you like that kind of thing.

There are a couple of methods on the download - all equally as good ... but my favourite and the one I use, most often ... so far, he teaches towards the end.

The download is 1h 30m long and there is a lot of additional ideas, uses, handling tips & subtleties - especially one I really like regarding locked phones, ways of using it on stage, with playing cards. To be honest, it took me a while to actually watch the entire thing.

Bottom line: This is a proper, clean, fooling worker! Everything is very well covered and natural. If you like the idea of revealing pictures from Instagram. Or just love revealing pictures. This is totally for you. I've got a couple of extra presentational uses for this I'm hoping to try out pretty soon.

I did hear back. My questions were in regards to what apps this would work on. Seems it is limited to the official apps. At least as far as he knows. This will keep me away from it. I would use this for a Twitter routine, and there are so many twitter clients out there, I wouldn't want to have those restrictions. I personally have never used the official client.

So you have to use the official apps, so the instagram app is cool? And can you use the spectators phone?

Yes, the spectators phone that's the beauty of it.
If they had to use my phone that wouldn't interest me at all.

Also, would like to add that Nefesch checked into a particular Twitter app for me to confirm that it does work. So it could possibly work with non-official apps. Just wanted to throw that out here for clarification.
