I am curious to ask about what types of Ladies Clubs members here have performed for? Not necessarily magicians (magicians too) but any type of entertainer or speaker. I have worked primarily for three types of Ladies Clubs over the years as strictly secondary or pickup markets, but I regulary hear magicians, mentalists, readers, speakers, etc. talk about working Ladies Clubs and would like to get more specific ideas of such clubs or organizations (U.S.) of which you'd had personal success.

The Women's Club of Minneapolis is a fine, established venue. We were doing a murder mystery there several years ago and wouldn't you know it during the show someone needs an ambulance. Everyone thought the ambulance and fire trucks were part of the show. It was really great fun as we improvised trying to solve two 'crimes.' That evening was one of the more memorable performances I've had in a while.
