Nice effect.
Besides 'Slice', I found 'Mend' as well as 'Pin Clip' to be quite good and promising.

Why must I join a website for a single download that should be a 'one click' via PayPal action, like most other sites??

Lol, you don't have to. You just don't be able to purchase the effect 😀 If you don't. In a world of problems, this doesn't seem like a big one. It's worth the two minutes to register though. Very simple clever illusion, I actually like it better than Melt.

This is a clever method and the gimmick as well as the handling are very well thought out. The tutorial video is exceptionally clear and concise. That being said, they took some liberties with the demo video. In my opinion they didn't need to, on the other hand I probably only purchased it because I was deceived by the final penetration where the card is immediately shown empty.
As far as actually performing it goes, I expect the gimmick would not be easy to conceal in the real world. Admittedly, I have not tried it yet but the heat is really on these cards and they are very heavily gimmicked. I'm not sure there is an angle that would be suitable to view it from other than through the internet or from a fair distance. Maybe someone who has already tried it can chime in on that, there are no live performances in the tutorial. Outside of the deceptive demo I'm pleased since I do enjoy this type of DIY stuff and it's definitely a clever gimmick. I don't think I'll be performing it though since it really is a trick for magicians. The gimmick so elaborate compared to the traditional method of performing this it doesn't justify the small difference of the visual pull-through, at least for a layperson. They really wouldn't know the difference. |

Was that the unreleased SLICE 2.0 or something else? |

Also to the reviewer above, I have performed this close up and the gimmick is invisible- no one noticed a thing or had a clue and they were just a couple feet away |

My magicial intuition tells me that it is possible to show the folded face-up side of the Joker with some minor adjustment using basic card-splitting techniques and precision work. It's a little extra work on the gimmick though. Don't you think my idea is feasible? Thank you, TuneHV. |

The effect looks very nice and I do not think there are cuts in the video.
The quick flash of the card appears natural and convincing in my opinion. Well done! |
