One criticism with Penguin: Why, when you ask a question from a product or lecture page, are there some questions answered on that specific product or lecture page for easy reference, but all other questions get relegated to a "questions" page"? You subsequently get an e-mail that your question has been answered (if it has been answered), only to get a link to the general "questions" page. How the heck do you find your question answered if it's not on the product page -- where it should be -- and it's not on the "questions" page?
Penguin has improved over the last several months, but I really don't submit reviews or ask questions on their site anymore. It's easier to get answers here. |

Don't know. In general, I think Penguin's customer service is by far the best of the on-line magic retailers. But I have posted at least three reviews of items on their site, only to have them disappear with no trace. Not sure what the glitch is. But that was enough to make me stop posting reviews there. It's not that they edit negative reviews, because clearly they don't, but for some reason not everything that is submitted gets posted.
Now appearing nightly in my basement.

They enter the "Penquin-Zone". You want to know the truth? You can't handle the truth! Forgetaboutit! Honestly though that's a great question---I have no idea.
