"Untouched" by Daryl is also taught under the title "Dream a Card, Any Card" in David Pogue's book Magic for Dummies.

Magic for Dummies has some great material in it. I believe Chad Long's Shuffling Lesson is also in it.

This trick is very similar to an Al Leech trick called "The Spectator Does a Trick" on page 119 in the book "The Complete Al Leech"
