Today researching the creation of museum labels for a Curious Exhibit show, I ran across the following, startlingly detailed and helpful resource for anyone seeking to create "museum artifact" displays. The author of the article includes a step by step description of his process, which includes small museum display drawers and label creation. It's beautiful work. I went to his main page and found other similarly fascinating things, some of them in the same vein. For anyone who enjoyed the article the Professor linked, it's not to be missed. This fellow Lestaret has a real talent.
It's not magic-related, but I saw on that main page a bit about how the White Star Line, operators of RMS Titanic, wrote that "normal cargo rates would apply" for the transport back to Europe of recovered bodies from the tragedy. Wow.
