Can anyone give a resource or tips for throwing/juggling cards and catching them 'on' the mouth (not teeth)? Thanks

Use some sort of spinner aerial (long distance spinner, thumb propulsion, whatever you want to call it) shot to get the card moving in the air on a plane that is parallel to your face. Then make duck lips and suck in real hard.
