This trick could be in Bobo's Coin Magic but
when I did a scan of the contents of the book I couldn't find it. Nor did a Café Quicksearch come up with anything, or YouTube on the Internet. The nearest to a description seems to be from a Google search where I read "Page 1 ...... visibly in a tumbler-covered whiskey glass). In the right ...... Say, "Occasionally the coin strikes a rib,. Somebody please give me a source for the trick and what happens in it.

Hmm, that above description seems not to be right.

Miracle Coins to the Pocket by Glenn Harrison - page 168 - has the line about the coin striking a rib on page170? But the glass is in the coat pocket, not covered with a tumbler.
Are you maybe mixing up two different routines? |

I don't know. Thanks for your contribution.
I don't spend much time on coin tricks, but I thought I would see what it was about. Not to worry.

By the way, I like the "Ribs and Whiskey" as a name for a trick - similar to "Scotch and Soda" - very marketable. Someone needs to come up with a gimmick for it. |

Ribs and Whiskey is Aaron Fisher routine for Copper Silver coin change. ( I think ungaffed) . Many versions exist in other sources. Some use C/S gaff. Aaron's is in his on line community MMM or Conjuring Community.
