I am posting for clarification on an important aspect of performing for b'day parties and other kid's shows. I understand that if you have photos taken of you performing with children, there is a consent form that it is highly recommended that you have signed before you use the kid's image in brochures and all other promo materials. Could any body please tell me what the name of this form is and what other essential information do I need to know about it? What needs to be legally included on this form. Where can I get the form? Thanks for any help.

Photography Release Form should be sufficient. That's what I use. You can check with a legal office about printing one up, or find a template on the internet.

That is one great looking Entertainer's Business Toolkit! I wish I had this sooner, but there's still plenty of great material in it that I can use. I'll have to wait a while before I can purchase it, but I'm for sure getting myself a copy. Thanks for bringing this up Mindpro
Here's the link for others to easily find it. http://www.entertainmentsuccess.com/toolkit.html

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words. I've created all of the releases in this series because there is a need for such resources that are specifically for performers and entertainment business owners (bounce houses, games, haunted houses, Santa operations, etc.). I must say the response to The Entertainer's Business Toolkit was greater than I ever expected. I knew it was designed to help those in their bookings, professionalism and operations, but I never knew how eye-opening it has become to many that I've heard from. It really is something that every performer that works for pay should have. I almost can assure you there are things in it that you can use immediately and that you'll return to over and over for years to come as certain situations arise. It is truly a resource in this sense. I have all types of performers, on all levels, all over the world that I've been hearing from that have found it beneficial as well as inspiring them with new ideas.
