I've had this for a couple of months now, and I love it. I picked it up on the second run after the initial offering sold out. I can't offer much to what has been mentioned before, but since this thread has popped up again, I couldn't resist jumping in. The quality of the deck is outstanding. Although everyone is probably familiar with the POD routine, I appreciate that Ken provided a full performance video (which is becoming very rare these days). The video instructions and subtleties are excellent and are provided as an online link. My only minor suggestion would be to add rewind/replay controls to the online videos to make it easier to review a particular section. The videos are broken into short segments, so it's easy to rewatch a 3-4 minute segment, but a rewind feature would be a nice addition for future online instructions.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. Ken Dyne's POD is exactly as advertised...and it's really, REALLY good!. |

Hi Folks,
I got Ken Dyne's Passed Out Deck from Hocus-Pocus in July of 2020. I watched the instructional video back then. But I did not integrate it into my show yet. I wanted to do that and now the website with the video instruction does not appear to be up www.mentalunderground.com. The papered instructions are minimal, enough to explain the basic working. However, I would be interested in all the performance tips that go along with the instruction. Is anyone aware of whether that site is down temporarily or permanently? Also, it doesn't look like the trick is available any longer. Dave |
