It is amazing how some cities are doing better than others in the same country or county or state. Some over here are run down and some are booming. I mean it is not like one city has struck gold and not another. I can’t figure why they are not all much the same.

They are always going on about the economy of the country but these cities are as if they are in different countries as far as money goes. It seems to me like investors all want to invest in the same cities and not others for not particular reason.
