Neil Patrick Harris Playing Cards by Theory11: https://store.theory11.com/products/neil......ng-cards
The first thing I noticed when I got the deck in the mail was the box, which is hardly surprising. But my reaction was more based on the fact that it is the coolest deck box I have ever come across. A shiny, foil embossed box with gold and red foiled colours and an amazingly beautiful design combines to create this great box. The box is a thicker cardboard style of black, and is much sturdier than the standard bikes, which I really appreciate, and just running your fingers over the box feels great! The seal also has gold foil, which all together creates a look of extravagance and classiness in the box. Plus, once the box is opened, there is the stunning interior gold foil printing, which is amazing. The card stock of the deck and finish is great, and the cards handle well out of the box, but still need a bit of wearing in. So far though they are lasting quite well. The back design may not be my favourite, but I still really like it, it is well designed. The center of the cards has the NPH logo, and the bronze/gold colours of the back look amazing on a black surface especially. A crystal ball and a closed lock on the back of the cards hint towards the secrets and puzzle contained within the deck. The pips of the cards have also been redesigned, creating a more classy look, which I really love. The court cards all are pretty standard, with an extra amount of that classy bronze/gold colour in them. The ace of spades is quite good-looking, very well designed, and I really love the jokers, just a simply drawn eye. Looks great! Now while I've touched on the normal bits of the cards that you get with all decks, as much as I like them, the best bit about this deck is the puzzle contained. The two extra cards in this deck help to start a amazingly thought out puzzle which is great fun to complete. Here is what is on the one card: "This is going to be a challenge. Just as a spider spins its web, I've taken a page out of Cardano's book and created a puzzle. Look upon photos and images inside this deck. You can do this - just look closely at the cards. Good luck!" -NPH With this hint, as well as the extra card, they allow you to embark into a journey of mystery, puzzling, thinking, some frustration and a lot of satisfaction as you complete it. The puzzle is honestly so well designed, with some great twists and turns, and from what I could see there are no major spoilers online, although some people do give a bit to much hints... Finding a solution without understanding why will not make you feel happy about completing the puzzle! Maybe try to avoid searching online for help, you can always ask me! For me, as one who loves puzzles and things like this, as well as loving decks of cards, this deck was perfect for me. I got a great puzzle AND a great looking classy deck for the price of one. Definitely recommend you check this deck out! Find them here: https://store.theory11.com/products/neil......ng-cards

I managed to solve the puzzle, I spent a few hours on it as soon as I got the deck and wasn't doing much else! Feels great once the puzzle is done!
