Thank you, that was my first thought. I have bought from them for regular rope. The Mikame prop uses a very small rope that is core less and doubled in several areas to fit the routed out word. The smallest Baronian has is 8 mm. I have a question to them if will fit the prop.

I was hoping others with this prop would have found a source for replacement rope.

Does the doubling over of the rope affect the effect?

I would think the whiteness of the rope would affect the it more then trying to find a Japanese rope source.

When it arrived the rope was installed side by side and pulled out easily. The SEO Japanese rope was just as white as the Baronian rope. but the whiteness to match the chalk is important.

That could be an option, it is a good looking rope. Dany is also checking out another option on his end. SEO does have 7mm rope as well.
