Hi all,
I have a Carnie Deck tarot by outlaw effects. I have had it a while but as of yet not got round to using it. Now I have time to work out what I want to do with it, I can not find the yellow booklet that came with it that explains the marking system. Would anyone be able to help me with this?

I found my booklet. It was inside a Stephen King novel. I have no idea on how it got there.
