When gl***g 2 bills together, how do you get them to not be so stiff.

By using rubber cement I guess...

When I've used rubber cement and new bills, they are typically stiff. This is an advantage since they won't accidentally bend and show their back side. Over time, working them, they will become less stiff, but still stiffer than a normal bill.
