This Thursday, unless I dreamed it, Prime Time is having a psychic demonstration which they bill as "the real deal". "You will believe after this."
They have challenged skeptics to tune in and have their beliefs challenged. So keep your eyes open for this one. Tom |

QUESTIONS OF FORGIVENESS: An esteemed professor's career comes to a sudden end when a dark, deadly secret from his past comes to light, raising questions about crime, and society. GERM CENTRAL: People usually fear germs at work or school. But could you be equally — or more — susceptible at home? Could it have been one of the other newsmagazine shows that you were thinking of? --Mike |

Those are prior shows, read the fine print. I didn't see anything on upcoming shows.

Dowsing, reincarnation, and psychics helping the police. "I sense this man sped to work this morning, give him a ticket officer."
It is showtime kiddies. 10pm EAST and WEST, 9pm CENT. Tom |

Yes, I saw the add again yesterday.
I will love to watch it, but two cops are going to call me tonight at 10:15 asking help to solve a crime, so, I won’t be at home. ;-) |

Just saw it. The dowsing segment was cut in favor of some little story on an Al Quaeda-linked terrorist group in the Phillippines receiving millions of dollars in cash, weaponry, etc. from an American mining company. I'm sure it would have made a believer out of me. The little kid with the preternatural knowledge of WWII aircraft, the psychic tarot-card detective...eh, not so much. But that dowsing demonstration would've converted me for sure. Oh well...

It's amazing what people will buy into...maybe we need to take that stuff into consideration. Some of us can do the most amazing magic, but THAT stuff moves people...hmm.

By the way, there is a great new book out there about the Fox sisters: “Talking to the Dead: Kate and Maggie Fox and the Rise of Spiritualism”, writen by Barbara Weisberg.
Great historical research and good info for those who like to present seances. |
